Highlights of the Weisshorn V3 Release

Online Sales

Allow internet users to request termination of season tickets or memberships in one click

Since the 1st of July 2022, businesses offering subscriptions to German consumers have to provide a specifically labeled button for their online retail channels that leads to a contact form through which consumers must be enabled to cancel existing subscriptions with the click of only one further button. Until now, this requirement could only be achieved by reassigning an existing link on the Ticket Shop to this task. A dedicated link has been implemented, thus simplifying the required set-up. Although this feature has been implemented to comply with a German law, it may be used by any other SecuTix customer.

A more flexible payment mode selection page

Thanks to this new feature, you will be able to configure the layout of the payment mode selection page from the SecuTix back-end, from instance by defining the grouping of payment methods, the order in which they are displayed, or some additional description.

Display cross-selling options as a separate page in the customer journey

WV2.12 S-360 comes with a new cross-selling display option that will focus on making sure your cross-sales are seen by your visitors. You will now be able to display your cross-sales proposition as an additional page in the purchase funnel.

Flexible Fixed Price Season card

A new type of season ticket called a fixed price season card, allows your customer to buy a card of X matches inside a championship (for example 5 matches for a 19 matches championship) and select the matches in a later step.

With this feature, an organization/operator gets more flexibility and an opportunity to configure multiple season tickets with different pricing and limited access rights to the matches.

Buyers on the other hand get access to potentially more affordable options and get the flexibility to attend the matches of their own choosing. Choosing the matches does not need to happen at the time of the purchase but can be done during the season.

Prevent converting tickets to print-at-home if purchased as m-ticket

Currently, when a ticket is delivered as mobile ticket, the end customer may reprint it as e-tickets. However, this operation invalidates the initial mobile ticket and this may disrupt the inflow of your visitors. A new flag allows you to prevent this reprint.

Prevent overlapping timeslot selections for visit pass tickets in packages

When offering visit pass tickets in the packages, some of the events might have overlapping timeslots. Users can accidentally select two or more same-time timeslots. This feature will trigger an alert pop-up window on the Ticket shop to alert the users before they continue to the 'Just Added' page and later check out.

Request explicit consent to use the Friends & Family feature

The Friends & Family feature allows the lead of a group to perform several actions on behalf of the members of the group, like ordering some tickets, paying reservations, etc. It also allows the group lead to see some information about the group members like emails, or previous orders. In order to increase protection of data privacy, an explicit consent has been implemented, preventing group leads from accessing some data of the group members.

Back-office

Define a default number of days (after reservation and before product date) for reservation payment deadline

Parameters defining the reservation payment deadline can already be defined at product level for some product families. This improvement allows you to define also these parameters at season level. This brings you following advantages:

  • If you always use the same parameters (for example, reservations have to be paid within 10 days after purchase), you can define them only once
  • The parameters at season level will also be taken into account for some product families for which no parameter can be defined at product level, thus allowing you to define a reservation payment deadline that suits your needs

Leverage the new search filters available in the interface's Executions screen to find when an item has been processed

WV3.6 It is now possible to filter the Executions list in order to know when and how an item has been processed, by using the two new filters provided : Entity & Identifier.

Currently, Entity supports the following values: Contact number, Invocie number, Order ID, Ticket barcode, Ticket ID, Ticket tax number.

Track TIXNGO ticket business statuses in S-360

WV3.6 TIXNGO ticket business statuses are also now available and traceable inside SecuTix and reporting domains.

With this new behaviour, TixnGo tickets details will be synchronized from a business perspective, focused on the lifecycle of the ticket.

Ticket list, ticket details and on-site support screens have been slighlty adapted to support these new business statuses in order to ease the troubleshooting of customers’ ticket issues during your operations.

Two factor authentication for operators

In order to increase the security and better control the access to your data, you can now enable a two factor authentication for your operators
