Context
When offering visit pass tickets in the packages, some of the events might have overlapping timeslots. Users can accidentally select two or more same-time timeslots. This feature will trigger an alert pop-up window on the Ticket shop to alert the users before they continue to the 'Just Added' page and later check out.
Solution
Whenever a ticket shop user selects two overlapping slots for the events in the package, the ticket shop will trigger an alert pop-up as shown below.
In order to enable this feature (Pop-up warning message) in the Ticket shop, the operator has to define a new 'internet config key'.
The key can be defined in the following location;
Please go to:
the Organization context; Initialization > Sales Channel > Point of sale > Internet theme > Advanced
Add new key 'config.warning.overlapping.timeslots' and enter the values in the 'Translation' section with 'true' for all languages.
