Basic import
The basic import can be done by the user himself. It is using an interface in SAM.
Based on the e-mail address, these fields can be updated:
- First name, name
- Criteria
- Authorization
- TBD
If more data needs to be updated, an extended import is necessary.

Extended import
The extended import gives the possibility to associate the selected contact, based on the contact number.
You need to define the structure type and criteria and then associate contact with them.
This action can be done at the same time with Contact creation or Contact update.

How to associate
- Request a service to get a list of contact with contact number in an Excel file.
- Follow these links: Contact criteria definition and Structure type definition to define the structure type and criteria records.
- Specify the structure type and and criterion you want to associate in that excel file.
- Request a service to associate the contacts with the modified file.
