We are now supporting refund fees for conditional Team Specific Ticket Series (TST). The refund fee is charged to users who have purchased TST tickets for a team they are following, which then get disqualified and cannot continue to the next phase of the tournament. Operators can refund single users either manually, or multiple users all at once for given matches by using an automatic refund batch process in SecuTix.
