We are now supporting refund fees for conditional Team Specific Ticket Series (TST). The refund fee is charged to users who have purchased

TST tickets for a team they are following, which then get disqualified and cannot continue to the next phase of the tournament.

Operators can refund single users either manually, or multiple users all at once for given matches by using an automatic refund batch process in SecuTix.

To refund multiple users using the batch, go to the batch “Cancel single entries for performances/matches":

1.Fill out the mandatory fields with regards to the conditional match to be refunded;

2.On the Refund configuration section, designate the BO Sales Channel and Point of Sale as the origin of the refund batch.

   Then select the refund type and reason.

3.Click on Immediate execution to run the batch.
