In the main distribution screen, relays can now act on the tickets of their fellow relays of the same structure.
Solution
A new relay filter has been added on top of the main distribution screen to allow switching to other relays of the same structure. The logged in relay can then navigate through all the distribution screens and work on behalf of the selected relay.
