Is the relay managing tickets for a structure unavailable (holidays, sick leave, etc.)? One of his/her colleague can now step in and act on his/her behalf. In the main distribution screen, relays can now act on the tickets of their fellow relays of the same structure.

Solution

A new relay filter has been added on top of the main distribution screen to allow switching to other relays of the same structure, including the structure itself. The logged in relay can then navigate through all the distribution screens and work on behalf of the selected relay

Getting started

In the Distribution panel of the Internet parameters of the point of sales, you have an option to allow a relay to act on behalf of other relays of the same structure.

This will display an additional filter in the main screen of the distribution portal to allow switch to a different relay of the same structure or the structure itself. This selection will be stored when navigating to other distribution screens allowing the user to manage tickets to distributed on behalf of another relay of the same structure. A clear message at the top of each screen indicates that the user is acting on behalf of another relay and can easily switch back to his/her own tickets.

The relay collaboration feature is limited to the distribution tool.
