Welcome to SecuTix Piz Bernina V1
This first 2017 release of SecuTix 360° is all about a great user experience. We've completely redesigned the graphic interface of the ticket shop to make it simpler and more contemporary. The also applies to the new ticket vending machines which combine the concept of the shopping basket with an appealing look and feel also reflected in the dynamic ticket shop window, to upgrade our offerings and delight visitors. We're always looking to expand the functionality of the service, so we're also launching some new integrations based on digital third-party solutions from our partners in technology: cancellation insurance, purchase options, payment by bank transfer – lots of features that allow you to offer your customers innovative services while also giving them as much freedom as possible. Piz Bernina v1 also includes some new expanded reporting domains, bulk import into SAM and a more detailed breakdown of your automated campaigns. Piz Bernina v1 marks the start of a migration of public resources to the AWS cloud, focussing on improved availability and storage capacity.

Focus on a more contemporary heading theme
We've updated the look of online sales with a new, more contemporary graphic design theme. "Equilibrium" offers users a better balance. We've redesigned the on-screen information for improved impact and a clearer hierarchy, and increased the spacing in the layout between the various elements, providing an enhanced experience for visitors to your ticket shop.

First impressions count. Visitors to your ticket shop will be captivated the minute they see the dynamic shop window – a bona fide welcome page for your online sales. Impress web users by grouping your products intuitively and choosing your ideal page layout.
New ticket vending machines
Modern, intuitive and flexible – that's the new ticket vending machine in a nutshell. It aims at leveraging the technical debt of the previous version and integrating the latest features of the online ticket shop. It is specially designed with end users in mind, with the introduction of the shopping basket concept and a more modern overall look & feel. Thanks to new state-of-art web technology and centralised configuration screens, setting up a vending machine application has never been so easy.

Rappel concernant le nouveau kit SecuTix et le Device Manager
There is an update available for the SecuTix Firefox kit including a new communication management method linking your checkouts and peripherals - printers, payment terminals and cash tills. The "Device Manager" application installed alongside Firefox now manages checkout peripheral control. This replaces the applets, which are being discontinued.

- Enhanced customer experience:
- Cancellation insurance. This solution from JMM Lloyds, a world leader in insurance services, comes prepackaged with SecuTix and very easy to put in place. The fees are appealing to both end customers and institutions, encouraging customers to purchase tickets in advance with confidence.
- Purchase options: Along with cancellation insurance, which is activated after payment, you can offer your customers the chance to place an option. These are valid for several days in ticket shop baskets and give your customers more time to decide (and give their friends a headsup.) This is a very popular feature in the transport world. Thanks to our partner Optionizr you can offer your customers options features for the ticketing environment (dynamic option price calculation, automatic expiry reminders, etc).
- Paiement par prélèvement bancaire: En complément des Ogone: nouvelles facilités de paiement, vous pouvez désormais proposer à vos clients un plan de Paiement par prélèvements bancaires via Slimpay (Copy) SEPA (pour la zone Euro) ou BACS (Grande Bretagne et Irlande) Cette fonctionnalité est disponible à travers une intégration poussée du paiement par prélèvement de Slimpay
- Nouveau distributeur: Classictic, le distributeur spécialisé dans la musique classique et le ballet est maintenant intégré en temps réel avec SecuTix.
- Achat de billet par SMS: Une filière de vente révolutionnaire et simplissime vous est proposée à travers l'intégration avec IDMobile: Offrez la possibilité à vos clients d'acheter leur billet via SMS avec paiement directement sur leur facture téléphonique. Vous opérez un musée avec beaucoup d'attente au guichet? Imaginez le potentiel d'une signalétique qui mentionne "Achetez votre billet coupe-file en envoyant "CodeADefinir" au 456" ! Cette fonctionnalité est actuellement disponible uniquement en Suisse et en France.
- Data processor: Après KulturPlanner, SportsAlliance et de Two Circles sont maintenant connectées à SecuTix. Vous disposez d'une vue consolidée de toutes les données de l'institution (y compris les données exogènes à la billetterie) qui vous sert de socle pour de meilleures analyses et pour une prise de décision plus informée (marketing, pricing...)
- Contrôle d'accès: SecuTix améliore ses interfaces natives vers des logiciels de contrôle d'accès tiers, notamment Fortress GB, le leader incontesté dans les stades et le monde du sport sur le marché anglais.
