The middle colored column shows the season 2018/2019 and focuses on 3 season tickets:
- Abonnement libre Opéra / Ballet / Concert
- SérieOpéra
- Abonnement libre Opéra / Ballet / Concert / Série Opéra
Follow the grey flows to the left to understand what did the people with a "Série Opéra" season ticket in 2018-2019 bought in the past season. Follow the flows to the right to discover if they already have a season ticket for the coming season 2019-2020.
In this very specific case, we can see that globally most of the season ticket holders are loyal and stable from one season to another. However, what we can also understand from this report is that the "Abonnement libre Opéra / Ballet / Concert" is a perfect season ticket to attract new target markets.
