Dashboard

A dashboard with key business metrics on fundraising activities and have a 3 targets list of contacts that you want to follow closely as an fundraising operator.

The dashboard includes :

  • Key performance indicators calculated per season on your fundraising activity shared within with your organisation to all people able to access the fundraising module.
  • 3 targets listed per operator that can be used to track the activities of the most important contacts / donors for you.

GiftAid amounts this seasonAmount of money that could be submitted to HRMC in the context of the GiftAid UK program.
Percentage of donors within the contact file.Comparing the nominative versus the anonymous donations.
Pledges total amountDonations amount "paid" with the payment method identified with the code "PLEDGE". Counting all Pledges regardless if the installments are paid or not.
Pledges total paid amountPledges installments really paid. Couting all pledges installments paid with no remaining balance.
Total membersNumber of contacts having purchased a membership.

Fundraising campaigns

Fundraising campaigns with automatic tracking raised amount per campaigns.

The type of campaigns includes :

  • linking donations / memberships products to your fundraising campaigns.
  • Measuring the raised amount per campaigns. The raised amount is adding the transactions done the products linked to the campaign by the contacts being targeted. (target lists attached to the campaign).
  • A detailed campaign analysis reported adjusted to your fundraising activity providing a detailed view on all the measured metrics.  


Pledge management

Donors pledge tracking and high level metrics to support your pledge management activity and capture all transactions in one place.

How to make a Pledge ?

  • Create a payment method with the code "PLEDGES", make sure to create a payment method that will automatically create a payment plan when selected.
  • When a contact/donor wants to do a pledge, you need to go in the sales / reservation cart from the sales context. 
    • Select or create the corresponding contact
    • Make the pending account for the contact is set to "authorized"
    • Select a donation product and make sure that the amount of the donation can be defined by the operator.
    • Set the amount (for example : 10'000$).
    • Select the payment method with the code "PLEDGES".
    • Set the payment plan as desired by the donor.
    • Send/print any confirmation document that you may have set.

How to do the follow-up of Installments ?

  • In the sales context >> Accounts >> Installments
    • you can search for any contact or any due not settled installmets.
    • you can enter a payment for each installments with the payment method of your choice.
