The 'Cancellation Insurance' modal, present during the ticket purchase process in the checkout step of a ticket shop, has received an UI enhancement and expanded feature capability. Now, the operator can configure the modal to explicitly prompt the user to choose whether to opt for cancellation insurance.

Backoffice settings:

In the back office, operators have the ability to configure the feature's behavior, determining how the modal will operate in the ticket shop.

A key addition to this functionality is the "Answer Insurance Mandatory" parameter. If a user does not make a selection on the form, the system will require them to explicitly choose to purchase (or not) the insurance before allowing them to proceed to payment.

In case when "answer insurance mandatory" is applied;

When user doesn't choose explicitly and skips the step, then this screen view is provided:

Upon selection of the "Add cancelation insurance", then this view is provided by default.

Upon selection of the "Non-refundable ticket", then this view is provided by default, providing the user additional information.
