Importing contacts in SecuTix is now possible through the "Importations" menu of SAM. This new menu allows you to import contacts permanently or temporarily, while still keeping in mind the importance of the quality of your data. Here is an overview of the process to follow:
- Import e-mail addresses only and program an e-mail campaign.
- Import contacts with all the basic information from the contact card.
- Evaluate the quality of a data file before importing it.
- Delete in a single click contacts created through an import, which is very useful if you do not own the data, for instance.
All processes that will enable you to easily conduct acquisition campaigns based on external files to grow your contact database.
Note that this creation contacts method can not create an Internet account. Only after your mailing, if prospect contacts are tempted and create an online account, the system will creates a new contact card which will not be erased by the initial import file deletion. This procedure allows to keep an optimal quality contacts base.
