How to initial a Digital Privilege
To see the list of Privilege Instances (request TIXNGO support to make it available on your organizer account)
Access from TIXNGO Backoffice > Digital privileges > Privileges Instances
You can access the details of a Privilege Instance by clicking on Card ID.
Handle Digital Privileges on the Back-office
Digital Privilege Instances are now available within the TIXNGO system. To locate a Privilege Instance in the TIXNGO Backoffice, you have the flexibility to search using various criteria such as Card ID, Privilege Name, Owner Email, Owner Name, Privilege Type, and/or Status.
Furthermore, for your convenience, you can also export this list. This feature is especially useful if you need to integrate the data with other systems or share it with your colleagues.
Make Digital Privilege ready for your spectators
To make the digital privileges accessible to your spectators in the mobile ticket app, simply enable the Digital Privilege Feature. You can do this by navigating to the Application Feature tab within the Settings screen and setting it to "true".
Spectators can easily locate and access their digital privileges by navigating to the "Burger Menu" and selecting the corresponding option from there. ("Season cards" in the image - please note that this is a label, and you can update it via Crowdin)
Spectators can access the details of a digital privilege instance from the list of privileges by simply tapping on the corresponding privilege.
