New features

  • Mass-refund of matches in season ticket is now computing the fraction of the season ticket price to refund
  • Monetize streaming or virtual content with SecuTix
  • A new batch allows you to send automatic email notifications when refund payments are processed manually through the refund/exchange basket or from the credit note account management screen, depending on the payment method.
  • Documents may display price component information in the product section and VAT detail section.
  • The producer dashboard now provides an intuitive step-by-step help overlay.
  • VAT amounts mentioned on documents take now into account the VAT rate of each price component (if price breakdown has been defined)
  • Save some setup time with the possibility to copy tariffs from one season to another.
  • Structure information linked to the distributor relay is now also exported to the "Tickets reception acknowledgement" template. To display it, you can simply create a custom email template and add this newly exported information to your custom template.
  • Matches are now sorted by their logical order defined by the Match Day Rank instead of the default chronological order inside all standard document templates where list of matches are displayed (File Summary, Invoices, etc).
  • SecuTix is now supporting a new way of label customization that allows you to bulk import and export labels through the Point of Sales >Internet theme > Advanced screen.
  • New filter using relative dates (last n days/weeks/months), particularly useful for scheduled reports, is now available in attendance reports (based on entrance date) and in visit planning reports (based on visit date).
  • Define a max number of characters accepted in the value of each custom variable. 
  • The order digital signature is now available for our German customers (Kassensicherungsverordnung)

  • [STX-98518] The arbitration of files with different currencies should display a business error message instead of a technical error
