Major configuration is done in this screen. Some fields are greyed out and cannot be modified here because these values are set at the Institution level (Institution | Initialisation | Organisations).

Tab General

Administrative logo and External logo can appear dynamically on demand on documents such as invoices.

Access Control type: SecuTix can generate ticket barcode in various formats with various information embedded and encrypted in the barcode. The format to select will depend on what entity will operate access control in the venue. If you want to use SecuTIx access control app to scan tickets, then sports customers should use the type "Non-dated with perfID" because this mode will enable to configure access control with specific rules for each match. Once the barcode format is selected, it will apply to all tickets generated in this organisation. This value shall be validated before doing any sales in the organisation.

Tab Parameters

Day starting time: depending on your catalog, it may be relevant to define a start time different than the default one. For example, if you organise events starting after midnight but that should appear in the catalog as starting the day before.

Cash type: this refers to the level of detail in the cash desk management for on site sales. The Direct Detailed will give more detailed visibility on cashdesk closure while the Blind mode will give much less details when closing the cashdesk.

Use sales price breakdown in bottom-up mode: Price breakdown enables you to split the ticket price into various components with various VAT rates. The breakdown bottom-up mode is detailed here.

Manage deposit: activate or not deposit management. Products can then be configured with a deposit rate. If a product has a deposit rate of 50%, this means that, if 50% of the amount is paid, then the file is marked as Confirmed.

VAT calculation date for performance: define whether the VAT rate applied on the invoices is the VAT applicable at the date at which the invoice was created (Invoice date), the date of the order (Order date) or the date of the performance/match (performance date).

Suspense account authorisation for a new contact: if YES, then every new contact created will be authorised to pay by pending account. If set on NO, you would have to manually authorise the contact to pay by pending account payment methods.

Default maximum outstanding balance: if previous item is on YES, you can define a maximum default outstanding balance authorised for a contact. If you set it at 900 EUR, then each new contact will not be authorised to pay by pending account more than 900 EUR.

Next performance tax number

only relates to bank agreements for direct bank transfers.

Countries of Operations: it is necessary to select countries in which your product will take place so that you are able to use physical configuration in these countries.

Tab Invoice

Invoicing method: note that this parameter shall also be set up in Institution | Initialisation | Sales Channels

on request for order: at the end of every sale in back office, SecuTix will ask you if you want to create the invoice or not

on request after close: no invoice is created unless you manually create it after the order from the File Detail or the Invoice screen.

systematic: invoices are always created at the end of each order
