When using payment method type "Prepayment" from ticketshop, a reservation order is created instead, therefore, if contact has used any voucher or promo code of type "Voucher discount", the voucher or promo codes payments are not created, that is very confusing.
Solution: if contact has entered a voucher or promo code of type "Voucher discount" or credit balance, the option to pay for order by "Prepayment" is disabled.
