This article describes the mouse actions and gestures available in the (backend) seat map, i.e., physical/logical/sales configuration and sales/quick sales modules.

General

Select/deselect seats

• [click] Select/deselect one seat
• [ctrl-click] Select/deselect all seats of a block
• [click-hold + move] Select/deselect seats with line/shape
  Seats touched by the line are selected. If the line is closed into a shape, the seats within the shape are also selected. The line is drawn by moving the mouse while holding the left click button.
• [ctrl-click-hold + move] Select/deselect seats with rectangle
• [click > shift-click] Select contiguous seats of a row
  Click on the first seat, then shift-click another seat of the row to select all seats in between the two.
• [right-click] Deselect all

Small venues (<3000 seats)

• [click-hold + move] Define temperature ellipsis for the area
• [alt-click-hold + move] Define temperature ellipsis for the entire map
• [shift-click > click] Set correspondence between seat 1 and seat 2
  Do the 2nd click on the same seat to cancel the action.
• [click] Open seat temperature pop-up window

Large venues (>3000 seats)

• [click] Apply snake temperature from bottom to top of block
• [shift-click] Apply snake temperature from top to bottom of block
