In order to see the access control menus, special rights are needed.

Detailed guide

  1. Open the user you want to add for the access control in the organization context with a double-click.



  2. Go to the menu Access control rights, complete the user roles, season, e-mail, preferred language and click SAVE.



  3. Click F5 to reload the SecuTix menus if you are logged in with the user who just received the rights for access control or log in with the according user otherwise.
  4. You should now see the access control menus.
