  1. During the creation of a new product, a visit for example, click on Access control > Synchronize to synchronize the product to the access control.



  2. Calendar, validity days, expiration, access time before and after event start as well as sectors and reporting options can be configured here. Make sure that to product is enabled if you want to use it in the access control.
  3. Save the changes
  4. Remark : you can edit the access control configuration of a product from ticketing whenever you want through the Access Control > Synchronization menu.
