In point of sales configuration, if the function "Mass Printing" is enabled (either "By Product" or "By File"), a new option "Use mobile ticket if possible" is now available.

When this new option is enabled, on the corresponding point of sales, after finished order, when printing tickets by "Mass Printing", tickets will be printed in MOBILE format if possible, and PDF format will be used if MOBILE format does not available.


Besides of that, in the confirmation email, operator could configure additional URL (follow Download tickets directly from an email

and set this new url to the hyperlink where you need the mobile ticket link



With that document configuration, contact will receive this email after pay for tickets with shipment mode "Electronic"


Clicking on that URL, contact will see tickets that he bought in MOBILE format:
