There is no standard template for type HTLM, please provide your own custom HTLM email templates. You must upload an HTML document template. Otherwise, no email could be sent.
Not all pre-defined macros are built by SecuTix for xdoc template could work for html template. Here is the list supported macros for HTML: #markAsSpecimen, #salutation, #orgAddress, #showAmount, #formatDate, #showAbsoluteAmount
