It is now possible to configure a new contact criterion that associates a customer to a color. The list of available values and associated colors has to be configured first by SecuTix. Criterion names and colors associated (text color + background color) can be submitted to customer support.
You can then specify the values of the contact criterion in the back-office. This would be also be available online.
Depending on the value of this contact criterion, the contact field in the 'payments' list will appear in different colors.
This can be used to quickly check which pending payment should be accepted or refused, if this is a known contact.
Note : for now, those colors are only visible in the Payments screen.
