An institution has many organizations in many countries, now, they could be able to extend the supported external language up to 15 languages. Here are the step by step to configure such extension.

  1. Select the supported external languages for the institution:


  2. Select languages that you wish to be available on a Ticket Shop among the supported external languages of the institution
  3. Add the external name, external description... for those additional languages for the products to be sold on the internet channel



  4. Voilà, access to the configured ticket shop, the languages are available, name and description of the selected language will be displayed for internet user.





  5. Note: Messages, labels, codes... are not translated yet to all the languages, so if a customer is about to use a language, please make sure that messages, labels, codes are well translated to the needed language
  6. Note 2: If customer would like to use landing page, please make sure the messages, labels, code are ready, otherwise, the page will be displayed badly (STX-75467)
