Your online sales channels are compatible with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

Google Tag Manager lets you manage tags. More info on Google Tag Manager here.

Google Analytics is a tool for analysing traffic and conversion data. More info on Google Analytics here.

SecuTix itself provides some data in its datalayer. You can capitalise on this by using tags to collect information about your online sales activity. For example, with Google Tag Manager you can add tags to gather data and send it to Google Analytics, where you can analyse it for insight into customer purchase habits (average cart, purchase device, most popular cross-sales, and so on).

There are three SecuTix services related to these tools:

  1. E-commerce tag activation: Via Google Tag Manager, we'll add a tag that retrieves information linked to sales, so you can forward it to Google Analytics. In Google Analytics, we'll also give you access to an 'E-commerce by SecuTix' dashboard along with two targets: Add to Cart, and Actual Purchase. Check out this service in our catalogue!
  2. Add an online sales pop-up to tell visitors about cookie management policy.
  1. Mobile app tracking in Google Analytics. (Service linked to SecuTix mobile app activation).

Obviously, you can customise your online sales channels further by adding tags via Google Tag Manager. However, SecuTix doesn't add tags for its customers. We provide the necessary documentation listing the information in the online sales datalayer so that you can set up your own tags in your online sales channels. If you don't have the necessary knowledge in your team, we advise you to speak to your webmaster or anyone who has a good understanding of this area

IMPORTANT

Disclaimer:

Tags added to online sales channels may contain code that could change or even corrupt the way that the channel operates. SecuTix provides no guarantee that your ticketing will work correctly when you add tags. So make sure that the tags you add don't affect the way you want your channel to operate, especially when new versions of SecuTix 360° are released. Make sure your tags are always compatible with the latest version.

SecuTix doesn't provide tag maintenance or support. If you report a tagging problem to Customer Support, you'll be charged for the associated troubleshooting analysis.

Essayer & tester:

You have access to a pre-production environment at all times and can use this to test your tags before they go live. If you work with a service provider, you can give them access to pre-production so that they can carry out testing there before adding the tags to your production environment.
