With this new feature developed on STX-131822 - Getting issue details... STATUS , it is possible to inject tickets into a different organization where tickets have been sold. This is possible when
no filters are applied on the ticket injection schedule, see the following image:
If in the Ticket external Printing (Injection) we filter the event, it will take into account just the organization that is being used at that moment, if not, it will take all tickets from the whole institution, no matter the organization.
Test Scenario:
- Event created on Org A
- Tickets for the event are sold on Org B ( The catalog has been exported previously so that product can be sold on this organization)
- Injection of tickets in Organization A (Sales Channels of Origin: All) --> Tickets injected successfully
