Ticket sent as reminder (User did not sign-up yet)

  • Reminder email are triggers when a user who purchased
    tickets did not sign-up in the app yet.
  • A backend job is running every hour to check for tickets
    that would require a reminder.
  • Maximum number of reminder, interval between two
    reminder, how long before the event to send a reminder
    and time at which we should send reminder are
    configurable in the TIXNGO Console.

Ticket deletion

Copy one of the reasons listed below and place it into "Reason for deleting ticket", then a push message with provided content for its following keys will be sent to your spectator.

When you delete a ticket for another reason not pre-defined by TIXNGO, your provided content for the keys notification.deleted.title and notification.deleted.content will be sent as a push notification to your spectator.

In case contents have not been provided yet, the default value will be sent to your spectator.
