WV3.6Previously it was impossible to know exactly which items (tickets, orders, invoices, payments, ...) have been processed by the interfaces.

It is now possible to filter the Executions list in order to know when and how an item has been processed, by using the two new filters provided : Entity & Identifier.


Currently, Entity supports the following values: Contact number, Invocie number, Order ID, Ticket barcode, Ticket ID, Ticket tax number.

More entities and more interfaces handling this tracking will be introduced in the future.

Getting started

Select first an entity from the list and enter its value in the identifier field, then press Search.

In this example below, we're looking for all the executions which had processed the ticket Ticket ID 101578968794
