Now that you've gone though all the content of the SAM 1 training, I have a few exercises and questions to suggest so you can get a bit more comfortable with Secutix and fix the most important elements:
Create a public individual contact file.
- Create a structure contact file.
- Create a relay contact file. There are three ways to do it, would you be able to list them?
- Why shouldn't you turn a public individual contact file with a history into a relay?
- What's the difference between the cultural, purchase, attendance and financial histories?
- Search for all the relays of a popular school name in your region (eg. Jules Ferry)
- You have to find the contact file of someone that just called, but you just understood the end of their family name. How would you search for it?
