As you may already know, the maximum lenght of a product description is 2000 characters.
You try to save your product description, thinking you are far below that limit but... Again that warning!
Why? Is that an error?
The answer is No.
Your event description may well have less than 2000 characters... but what you need to verify is the source code characters.
For example, this simple description below contains only 158 characters.
But, as you can see, it includes special characters such as À, é, ç or styling such as bold, italics, or colours. This implies having additional characters on the source code.
To check the real numbers of characters on the source code, click on the ... button and afterwards on <>:

And you may have noticed by now that what was À, is in fact À, that bold is in fact<strong>BOLD </strong> or that red is in fact defined this way: <span style="color: #e03e2d;">format<span style="color: #000000;">
So it means that where we thought there were only 158 characters there are in fact... 289!
Please take this into account when creating your product description.
