Cash desk closure

This report replaces the old cash desk closure report. It compares the contents of the cash desk recorded by the operator with its expected contents and highlights any recorded differences. The new report also considers direct and blind management of cash desks. It can be generated from the list of reports or from the cash desk management screens.

The list of the reports displayed in the cash desk management menu contains:

  • The new reports.
    • The subset of the list of the reports displayed in the Sales Management menu regarding the cash desk closure or details.
    • If this subset is empty, the list of standard variants belonging to the domains mentioned. This list reflects the reports displayed on clicking “New” in the list of reports in the Sales Management module.

  • The old reports.
    • List of reports available in the previous versions of SecuTix

As before, a report is generated automatically when an operator or accountant’s cash desk is closed. Initially, the old Crystal report will be generated. SecuTix will then be reconfigured to generate the new cash desk closure report. You can swap between the old and new reports at any time (if the old report is still available) by asking the customer support department to change the DEPRECATE_VALIDATION_REPORTS setting.

Cash desk details

The report contains detailed information on the orders and takings made by a cash desk. The report contains five tables that provide different groups and levels of detail. You can create a personalized variant by keeping only the tables that you require.

The standard variant, entitled “Cash desk details”, contains all five tables and replaces the following old reports:

  • Cash desk takings.
  • Cash desk log.
  • Cash desk takings per operation.
  • Daily takings.

Guide planning

This domain provides information on guide availability. The “guide planning” standard variant provides information on the availability of all guides over the selected period. The next version of this domain will allow a subset of guides to be selected.

The standard variant mentioned replaces the section on guide unavailability in the old “visit planning” report.

Visit planning

This new domain provides a wealth of information on visit planning. A wide range of customization options allows you to highlight visits, guides and spaces. This domain provides both detailed planning and an overview of the number of visitors and groups during a certain period.

We offer as standard the following new variants:

  • Room planning
  • Group visit planning
  • Visit planning
  • Summary of guide activity

These new reports replace the following reports:

  • Visit planning
  • All of the Excel exports available in the Resources module. These exports remain available for past visits.

The variants for this new domain, whether standard or personalized, may be generated through the list of reports in the “Sales Management” module and through central planning. You can create your own report variant at any time. This will be automatically accessible through central planning.

This new domain takes the new ticket types ("Visit pass“ product family), and the old ones ("Visit” product family), into account.

Questionnaires

This new domain allows the responses to the questionnaires linked to tickets to be exported. You can select the tickets to be exported according to a large number of criteria and also choose the information to export.

The “List of questionnaires” provides operators with a broad choice of criteria and exports all available information. It replaces the following old reports:

  • List of beneficiaries (exported as a CSV file)

Product receipt payment

This new domain is an extension of the sales - product receipt domain and allows takings to be sorted by mode of payment. The “Productt receipt payment” standard variant replaces the “Product takings over a sales period” standard variant and sorts the information by mode of payment.
