NEW V2.14 Some improvements have been added to DAN, SecuTix Data Analytix: Prospects, sub-topics and contact preferred language.
Prospects
All contacts are now imported into DAN, regardless whether they have sales or not.
Note, however, that for obvious reasons, filtering on product or sales related dimension will filter out the prospects.
Sub-topics
A new sub-topics dimension has been added that will allow to filter products based on any of their linked sub-topic, not just the first one.
The existing sub-topic dimension has been renamed main sub-topic and will only filter on the first sub-topic. In visualization using the sub-topic as a dimension, for example in the Sales cross-distribution sheet, it is still the main sub-topic dimension that is used to avoid having a single ticket counts towards several sub-topic values.
Contact preferred language
The contact preferred language is now available as a new dimension to allow targeting specific contacts.
