- Select the supported external languages for the institution:
- Select languages that you wish to be available on a Ticket Shop among the supported external languages of the institution
- Add the external name, external description... for those additional languages for the products to be sold on the internet channel
- Voilà, access to the configured ticket shop, the languages are available, name and description of the selected language will be displayed for internet user.
- Note: Messages, labels, codes... are not translated yet to all the languages, so if a customer is about to use a language, please make sure that messages, labels, codes are well translated to the needed language
- Note 2: If customer would like to use landing page, please make sure the messages, labels, code are ready, otherwise, the page will be displayed badly (STX-75467)
