Have you encountered the following scenario: some performances/matches should not be bought together (e.g. because they take place on the same date & time or at venues located far away from each other) but your online customers did not realize that until they have paid for those incompatible items and had to create a support case and request for manual refunds?
You can now prevent your online customers from purchasing incompatible performances/matches through our new Sales Restriction feature. Whenever online users add to cart a product, our system will check if it is compatible with other products already added to cart or purchased in the past order history and an error message will be displayed when we detect a violation of sales restrictions rules.instead of simply relying on the date/time of one match
