Your clients can access your ticketshop at a subdomain of your domain, like https://ticketing.mydomain.com instead of something like https://institcode.shop.secutix.com/

SecuTix will provide the SSL certificate (or optionally you may provide it).

All you have to do is create a CNAME entry in your DNS, to redirect your hostname to secutix service.

The CNAME value to use is provided from the page where the point of sales is created.

When the green light (CNAME) is shown in the point of sales, see SSL Certificates Management to activate it. If you want to provide the certificate yourself, see Providing your own SSL certificate for custom URL Ticketshops.

Modification to do by the client

Information to be delivered:

...

Make sure that the requested URL is available (not used for current site) and that the domain name belongs to the client.
The client provides us with SSL certificate for the desired URLs. (Example : certificat for ticketing.museemosa.fr)
For information, a certificate may be suitable for multiple URLs (also multi domains).
A  wildcard  certificate is suitable for all subdomains. Example : *.museemosa.fr
Optionally, SecuTix can deliver the certificate.

Please ask your technical service to make the following changes .
Please modify the following cname in the DNS of your domain :

New_desired_hostname IN CNAME Institution_Code-xxxxxxxxx.shop.secutix.com.
New desired hostname IN CNAME Institution_Code.shop.secutix.com.
Where xxxxxxxxx is provided by the point of sales.

Example :
ticketing.museemosa.fr. IN CNAME mosa-235632713.shop.secutix.com.

(warning) DO NOT FORGET to put the point after mosa.shop.secutix.com.
Then create a service ticket (Dynamics) when it's done.

Completion time:

The service will be carried out within 5 working days after the CNAME is effective.
When done, the customer must declare the URL in the point of sale of sale channel:
