Pre-requisite: create a Visit pass, Visit spaces, Visit themes (optional)
Aim: Create timeslot for your Visit pass
Description: Create one or more time slots per weekday, associated with products. Determine the times of the daily slots, the recurrence and the interval in time. It is also possible to manage quotas by quota.
Screen overview:
- Product family: choose the desired product family
- Rate type: associated the rigth rate type use for this timeslot allocated to the Visit pass
- Weekdays: selection of each days concern to your oppening when you need to use timeslots
- Date from: determine the date when your who begin the first timeslot. Weekdays selected are included in between "Date from" and "Date to
- Time of first slot: this is first timeslot for each selected days
- Date to: generaly the last day you need
- Duration: the duration of the slot / visit
- Time of last slot: the last timeslot / departure of your each day
- Interval between slots: warning, it - It is the interval between the first slot and the departure of the next slot. Take in consideration Consider the duration length of each slot.timeslot (to avoid overlapping)
- Sales tolerance: deternmine determine here the autorization to sell after the departure of each slot (ex 00:20 min)
- Quota: Click in the tabulation. Determine here a quotaper quota per contingent for each slot. Most of the time "Without contingent" is only use.

- Passes to link: link here passes concern for timeslot allocated to the visit pass.
Next step: Initial state is generaly "Running
Themes and languages
Choose to link all themes and languages associated with slots. Or select the themes/languages available according to your guide schedules on the previously created slots.
→ Save and close your configuration. Your timeslot is now ready to link at your Visit Pass.
