We are thrilled to announce the launch of our newly redesigned back-office and more particularly the "Edit Event" screen.

In the past, making even minor adjustments to an event or its image could unintentionally alter thousands of tickets, leading to significant challenges and operational hurdles. We've addressed this issue, ensuring that your edits now remain precise and impact-free. Welcome to a smoother and more reliable editing experience (big grin)

A safer and more intuitive screen

We wanted to ease event management by abandoning the "infinite scrolling page" and offering a brand new user experience including :

  • a new section displaying Event details (Event name, date and location) that is consistently visible across all tabs, eliminating any confusion about which event you're editing.
  • a new navigation through Tabs (General Tickets rules, Tickets keys, Design assets, Overwrite settings and S-360 integration)
  • and many more ...

Targeted Updates

Within each tab, fields sharing a common theme are regrouped together and accompanied by a dedicated "Save" button, making the update clearer and without surprises.

Other ZUMV1 user stories about Activation groups & Transfer groups simplifications also significantly helped in simplifying the screen.

For these two, updates will be performed one group/rule at the time and only the tickets associated with this group will be updated.

Navigation Highlights

We split the previous screen into different clearer and more focused areas, which not only speeds up the process but also reduces the cognitive load, making the management of event properties more efficient and less error-prone.

General tab contains the essentials of the event.

  • Event (name, id, image url, ...)
  • Event Group (name, id, image url)
  • Event Date (date, time, timezone)
  • Venue (site, address, ...)

NOTE: Multilingual support

Ticket rules tab consolidates the rules applied to the tickets (activation & transfer)

  • Bluetooth ribbon configuration
  • Activation groups
  • Transfer groups

NOTE: Update of Activation & Transfer groups will be per group/rule basis and triggered by clicking the individual "Edit" icon

Ticket keys tab sole purpose is to isolate the Ticket Keys update.
