Access to multiple organizers

How to enable access to multiple organizers for an account?

Requirement: Enable 2FA on the first organizer.

For the second organizer and beyond, click the "Create new account" button and add the email as usual. Please do not forget to enable the 2FA feature.

• How to access TIXNGO Backoffice with the rights to multiple organizers?

  1. Provide valid credentials as usual to continue.

     
  2. 2-Factor Authentication
     
     • Set up 2FA if required.
       
     • OR provide a verification code if you have already set up 2FA previously.
       
  3. Select the organizer you want to work with, then proceed to TIXNGO Backoffice

  4. You can switch to another organizer from the profile menu at the top right.
