One of the essential steps to launch your email or SMS campaigns is to create at least one target to reach.
Create or modify a target which can be either static or dynamic.
A dynamic target is a target that will evolve on its own over time according to the query criteria that you have defined.
A contratrio, a static target, on the contrary, constitutes a photograph at a given moment in time. The list of contacts in the target will not vary.
Then use either the query engine or an SQL query (advanced level). The query engine is based on the "Individual", "Structure" or "Visitor" contact types.
Create your query by adding conditions or groups of conditions to arrive at your target result.
