Performing refunds by bank transfer means you need to have the IBAN number of your contacts. Your contacts can now save their IBAN number autonomously on their online account.

Solution

From the profile page, your customers can now enter or edit their IBAN accout informations. This new possibility will give more autonomy to your customers, this can save a lot of time to your operators especially if you proceed refunds by bank transfer.




Getting started

From the institution context >> Organisations >> Open your organisation >> select screen configuration >> select if you want to make those new fields visible, optional or mandatory on the form you want.
