Online sales
- A new link in the footer is available on the Ticket Shop to allow your internet users to request the termination of their subscriptions.
- Seats of the B2B distribution seat map can now be filtered based on the file or the invoice.
Back-office
- Log in as contact support: the screen allowing you to select the internet point of sale to which to log in has been enhanced to provide more information on the available point of sales. A "copy link" button has been added if the operator wishes to open a separate window or use another browser.
- As an operator, you now have the ability to assign several guides to your group visits.
- As an operator, you can now create custom contact criteria
- The partial refund batch now contains the same filtering options and parameters available on the standard refund batch, giving you the same level of flexibility regardless of the kind of refund you are operating with.
