Online sales
- Vouchers in state Exported are now redeemable. In other words, printing your vouchers through an external company means you don't have to import the printing status. Your customers may also use the vouchers if they remain in the Exported state.
- (B2B Portal) As a relay contact, you can now distribute the tickets in bulk (via Excel file) for new product families supported on the portal (including type Competition, Event, Visit Pass, Open pass, Timeslot pass, Service, Voucher, and including Season tickets with all supported product families).
- Crossed-out price display is now generalized across the whole ticket shop purchase journey. The customer can now see the benefit they got from the promotion/advantages on any page.
- Exclusive contingents are available on the seat map selection as well as all other contingents with new quick filters. This lets your customers buy exclusive contingents' seats together with other contingents' seats within the same purchase process on the seat map. A chip selector is available on the seat map selection to display or hide exclusive contingent seats in one click.
Back-office
- Updating the List price of the items on your purchase orders will now be automatically updated on the 'Products' catalog of your goods for the given supplier.
- TIXNGO ticket business statuses are also now available and traceable inside SecuTix and reporting domains.
- Leverage the new search filters available in the interface's Executions screen to find when an item has been processed.
