Online sales

  • The amount breakdown is now computed properly in all cases of ticket resale on our resale platform (ticket marketplace and seat release modes), thus avoiding technical errors that could happen in special cases (for example change of catalog price). This improvement concerns only the simultaneous use of price components and the resale platform.

  • Maximize your degressive rate conversion rate in the subscription sales process thanks to more visible messaging about the discount rate that can be reached by adding one performance. 
  • A logged-in user on an institutional website can be automatically transitioned as logged in user into a Secutix ticket shop using a primary/external SSO login. An operator must define the SSO cookie in the ticket shop point-of-sale settings under the "custom SSO session cookie" parameter to enable such behavior

Back-office

  • In order to increase security and better control access to your data, you can now enable 2-factor authentication for your operators. Read more
  • Since the delivery of tickets through TIXNGO is done directly to the cultural contact, instead of the shipment contact, it is now possible to assign a cultural contact when printing/reprinting tickets, thus avoiding confusion regarding the recipient of those tickets.

  • The new cross-selling widget supports quick-buy interaction. 
  • The new separate cross-selling page can be used as a widget.
