Back-office

  • The contact list of the contact module has been improved to display additional information, including an icon to show whether a contact has an internet account or not.
  • When using Goods and supplier management of S-360, the catalog price granularity for your items can now go down to 0.01 CHF.
  • To increase overall SecuTix stability, the maximum number of columns exported through the Excel export function of the query tool (menu: institution context > tools > queries) has been limited to 50. This limit only concerns the Excel export.
  • In order to improve the stability and performance of our reporting tool, all the reports belonging to the list of tickets and cultural history domains (also called sub-topics) may generate a maximum of 40'000 lines.
  • In the cart in the box-office, contacts having a "debt" or a pending account amount due will be marked in red in order for the operator to have the opportunity to see it and request a payment to the contact.
  • The ticket resale search screen lets you now search for cultural contact as a new search option.
  • Goods inventory management screen will trigger a warning if an inventory manager operator is trying to save an article with a barcode already saved for another article. 
  • When entering contact origin in the temporary cart or touch cart for anonymous sales, the system will require the operator to enter the correct number of digits for the zip code in order to improve the data quality of anonymous sales reporting.

Onsite sales

  • On the touch cart, you can now search for goods by their name.
  • The seat details are now displayed on the public screen, along with a warning if seats are not contiguous.
