Back-office

  • During Mobile Ticket Injection, to prevent the TIXNGO app to be overflown with hundred of tickets, we introduced a new parameter to the Mobile Ticket Injection interface that will define the maximum number of tickets (included) that a person may possess for a given performance (respectively product) to have its tickets injected. By default, this parameter is set to 0 (no limit applied). When set to another value, it will exclude tickets from injection if they max out the limit per contact, per file, and per performance/product ID.

  • Cancel single entries for performance/match batch has been improved and new filters have been introduced allowing you to target specific contact numbers, ticket numbers, or tickets on resale.

  • Tickets on the resale screen have been refactored and now new filters have been introduced allowing you to target specific contact or ticket (by number or barcode).
  • The Gift Aid checkbox is now optional in all cases regardless of whether the tariffs are defined or not.

Online sales

  • Your internet users can now self-exchange tickets belonging to a championship season ticket bought through an advantage (already existing self-exchange feature) provided that the championship has been marked as allowed for self-exchange and that the advantage may be used several times.

  • Is your event sold out? From the point of sales parameters, activate the link to the resale platform and let customers easily search for official secondary market tickets.
