What is the doing the batch to track emails ?

Getting feedback from you email campaigns is the key to improve over time. SAM has some batches running autonomously and enriching your campaign data. The batch to track emails is doing the following :

  1. Get all the responce code and update the corresponding shipments (followed, opened, soft bounce,...)
  2. If there is a shipment with softbounce or hardbounce then the bounced status of the contact will be updated too.
  3. Softbounced status are checked at each run of this batch meaning that if the next campaign is successfully sent to a softbounced contact, then his bounced status will be reset.
