Direct debit

SecuTix permits payment by direct debit in several installments.

Previously, direct debits and installments were governed by very specific conditions:

  • An installment was linked to particular tickets. The installment date had to fall before the relevant tickets were valid (for example, before the date of the performance).
  • Only tickets that had been paid for could be printed and sent to the customer.

The first rule remains unchanged. However, you can now choose to maintain the second rule or allow tickets to be printed and sent before the corresponding direct debit has been executed. The second rule is maintained by default, but, on request, the support team can authorize the issuing and sending of tickets before the direct debit has been executed (by setting the PREPAY_IMMEDIATE_TICKET parameter to “true”).

Card payment in three installments (Ogone) in the ticket shop

At present, card payment in three installments is only offered if the order has been paid for entirely before any of the tickets in the order are due to become valid. For example, if the third installment falls on 10 October and the order contains a ticket for a performance taking place before that date, this payment method will not be offered.

This rule is maintained by default, but you can ask the support team to deactivate it (using the same parameter as before).
