On the visit pass calendar/planning screen, operators can now create timeslots on the fly for individual visits. This opens the following possibilities:
- Operators working exclusively on the box office can create new timeslots for individual visits (without the need to access the back office configuration screens).
- Timeslots created on the fly for individual visits are not exclusive, thus they can be used everywhere as standard timeslots.
There is a new security right to activate this new option on box office named "Create timeslots for individual visits".
Once activated, the on the fly creation pop-up will contain the list of individual visits. The process to create on the fly timeslot does not differ from creating such timeslot for a group visit pass.
