Context
NEW V2.4 COVID HELP You are facing match cancellations and would like to refund part of their season tickets to your loyal fans? During the mass-cancellation batch, you can now refund to your season ticket holders the fraction of their season ticket corresponding to the cancelled match. Your refund operations are therefore significantly simplified and aligned with resale and upgrade processes.
Solution
A new option in the mass-refund batch, for the function that performs full refunds for performances and matches, allow to activate the same valuation calculation available today for resale and upgrades: an amount corresponding to the season ticket sale price divided by the number of matches included inside the season ticket is refunded. Note that if the season ticket was sold later in the season and therefore contains less matches, the refund per match will be greater.

Inside the Refund management batch, inside the function Cancel single entries for performance and matches, a new parameter is available to activate this new prices computation:
Beware that if you do not check this box, then your tickets inside the championship season ticket will remain refunded at a 0-value.
