NEW V2.9  The producer dashboard has seen some important improvements that allows us to broaden its horizon. We are thus proud to introduce TED, The Executive Dashboard, the new member of the Engagement family, joining SAM, SecuTix Audience Management, and DAN, SecuTix Data ANalytix, (a.k.a. SDA or BI), giving you insight and analysis of your customers to better engage with them.

Solution

We have re-worked entirely the way TED's back-end is organized allowing more flexibility on what data is available. The items available in the dashboard are now based on the activity and product profile of the portal, which includes information about events that are not yet on sales but more importantly about tours. The tour entity allows a 2nd level of access, so tour producers can see all the events and products belonging to their tours.

The open pass product family is now also available in the dashboard.

Getting started

Tour producer visibility

In SecuTix, events and products can belong to one or several tours. The tour may have a different producer than the events that are part of the tour, providing with an additional level of responsibility. Tour producers can now also have access to TED and will be able to view all the events and products linked to their tours, provided they have been granted access to that event of course.

Tour, city and site filtering

Along with the tour producer access, items listed in TED can be filtered by tour name, using the same search filter than for the product name.

Filtering can also be done by city and site, using the new location filter.

Open passes

The open pass product family has been added to the producer dashboard. The items in the list display the following information:

  • Open pass name
  • Number of entries
  • Site and city
  • Validity period
  • And the same sales metrics as for other product families

Events in preparation

Finally, it is important for producers to be able to run reports and view information on events, matches, visit passes or products that are not yet one sales or do not have sales yet. The available list of such items has been extended to include those in states validated, running, suspended and cancelled, regardless whether they have sales or not.
