Whymper V2 comes with a new batch to import file remarks in bulk from a text file.
The format of the file to upload is the following: (no header, UTF-8)
File number,INTERNAL,Internal Remark
File number,EXTERNAL,external Remark
Remarks are then added as if they were entered manually on each file.
A prefix to all remarks can be defined in the batch.
